ORSP Team Structure
ORSP is organized into fives teams: Pre-Award, Contracts, Award Management, Sponsored Projects Coordination, and Operations and Administration. Learn more in About ORSP.

ORSP no longer assigns one representative to a project. Instead, Officers from each functional team handle the various stages of a project. Use the instructions below to help find the right ORSP contact for your situation.

How to find a contact
If you have a question related to a proposal, email [email protected]. For other questions, find and contact the officer assigned to your project by checking the eRPM record (listed in the Project Representative field) or the IronClad record (Workflow Owner).

If an eRPM record has not been created yet, use the ORSP Staff Lookup below to find the Officers assigned to your department.

How to use the ORSP Staff Lookup
In the "School/College/Institute/Department" field, type a few characters or the Department ID to see a list of filtered results.
Tip: Simpler search terms work better (e.g., Dent, Psych or ISR)
